FAQ:

• Is a ticket required? It is not required, walk-ins are also accepted but it would be best value for you to get a ticket, it's also for us to cater and set aside stocks for this warehouse sale + crowd control, to make sure it's a pleasant shopping experience overall! :D

• What does the $5 ticket include? It includes: 
  Priority entry

• Are walk-ins allowed? Yes walk-ins are welcomed but priority will be given to ticket holders!

• Do I need to bring my own bag? Yes, it is a BYOB event, paper bags are chargeable at $0.50/bag or jute recyclable bags at $5/bag

• What mode of payment is accepted?
  For the warehouse sale, only exact cash and PayNow are accepted. We apologies that other mode of payments we do not accept.

• Is there a limit for the $0.99 hand sanitisers? Yes, it is limited to 10 hand sanitisers per ticket holder!

• Will all existing products and best sellers like poo fighters, hair perfume etc. be on sale? Yes, only selected products will be on 20%-30% discount and in limited quantities only! 

• Will purchases during the warehouse sale be applicable for Lynk Universe points? No, we apologise that products sold during our warehouse sale will not be applicable for our membership points.

• For this warehouse sale, is there any refund & exchange policy applicable? No, we apologise that the sale is final and no refund/exchange is allowed.

• Will the two weeks sales be the same? Or are there different items? Items on sale for each weekends will be slightly different! :)

• How do I stand a chance for the lucky draw? Each ticket purchased entitles you to 2 FREE tries at the claw machine, if not it would be every $30 spent to be entitled for 1 try!

• If I bring a friend, would I need 2 tickets? Can the $5 cash voucher be combined? Yes that's right, for 2 adults, you would need to purchase 2 tickets, kids below 12 can come FOC without a ticket to enjoy all the goodies :D & the $5 vouchers can be combined in a single receipt!

• What if i have purchased a ticket but not able to make it? Fret not! You can DM or email us at hello@lynkartisan.com to change your dates, but if you are unable to make it for any of the dates, we will be issuing you a $5 store credit so you can use it for your website purchases!
