Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on damaged goods, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lynkartisan.com with your order number and a photograph of the defective item. If your return is accepted, we may require you to proceed with the sending back of the item, with us covering the postage costs. 


Refunds
We regret that we do not accept refunds for our items. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, do contact us and we will be happy to speak to you to find a resolution.

Automatic Order Processing

Once an order is placed through our website, it enters our system immediately and is processed automatically. Due to system limitations, we are unable to cancel or alter orders after they have been confirmed. This is because the platform and payment processing fees are incurred immediately.

Cancellation Option

While we generally cannot amend orders once placed, we do provide a limited option for cancellation under the following conditions:

- You may cancel your order and receive the full refund as store credits, or

- You may receive a cash refund after deducting an 8.36% platform fee plus $0.50 processing fee, which covers the costs already incurred.
